General Description: The Municipality of Choloma requires to hire a company, hereinafter referred to as The Contractor in this document, to supply the work of "Cleaning Cause /Dragado Rio Bejuco, Col. Valle de Sula, South Sector "Choloma Municipality, Department of Cortes; with a company that meets the technical conditions to provide the requested work. 1. Contracting Modality: The promoted acquisition modality through this invitation is Minor Works Contracting and will be governed by the State Contracting Law and its Regulations. 2. Eligible bidders: 1.
