Professional training center - Hiring a provider for a diploma in higher training in public administration, which must be virtual, lasting 160 hours, where 5 employees of the institution will be enrolled. NOTE: Legislative Decree No, 266-2013; and Article105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013 containing the Organic Law of INJUPEMP, it is of the opinion that INJUPEMP to enjoy the benefit of exemption from the payment of Sales Tax established in Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013 does not must undergo administrative proceduresd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28strative authorizing agents for being exempt from payment of Sales Tax, in accordance with Article 105 of Decree No. 357.2013, therefore, when invoicing the sale of goods or services to INJUPEMP, suppliers are obliged to issue invoices with tax exemptiond0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28on sales for purchases made by said Social Security Entity. The awarded supplier or suppliers must have the following documentation: Proof of payments on account (if not presented, 1% of the payment is withheld and if you give them the withholding document) Current Fiscal Solvency.
