The offer presented must contain the following information: Exact address, RTN, telephone number, name of the contact person, delivery time, brands and guarantee of the product, duly signed and sealed; They should also consideronly the specifications and quantities described here, indicating the unit and total price for each item, and in the cases that apply, the sales tax. Otherwise, your offer will be disqualified. b. The Secretary of Security will execute the purchase based on the available budget andin the corresponding cases, it will make the necessary adjustments, in order not to commit resources that it does not have. c.
